Bob Evans debuts new Wildfire Bacon Trio and new Seafood Platter as their latest limited time entrees.
The new menu option consists of a marinated 6-ounce USDA Choice sirloin steak and grilled chicken, topped with bacon bits, grilled peppers and onions and the chain’s Wildfire BBQ sauce. The entrée also includes three crispy fried shrimp and your choice of two sides.
The national restaurant chain has also put together a Wildfire Bacon Trio Family Meal that features four 6-ounce USDA Choice sirloin steaks and four grilled chicken breasts, plus 12 crispy fried shrimp, nine dinner rolls, and your choice of two family size sides.
In addition to the new Wildfire Bacon Trio, the chain is also offering a brand new Seafood Platter.
The Seafood Platter comes with three freshly fried shrimp, clam strips, and two flounder fish filets served alongside French fries, coleslaw, and tartar and cocktail sauces for dipping.
You can find both the Wildfire Bacon Trio and the Seafood Platter at participating Bob Evans restaurants nationwide for a limited time.
