Noodles & Company offers a healthier option for the New Year with the introduction of new Cauliflower Gnocchi.
Noodles & Company today announced that it’s adding two new Cauliflower Gnocchi dishes to their menu: Cauliflower Gnocchi Rosa and Cauliflower Gnocchi with Roasted Garlic Cream.
Cauliflower Gnocchi Rosa features a full serving of veggies and gluten-free cauliflower gnocchi, sautéed with roasted zucchini and mushrooms over a spicy tomato cream sauce, and topped with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Cauliflower Gnocchi with Roasted Garlic Cream consists of veggies and gluten-free cauliflower gnocchi with roasted zucchini and spinach over a light roasted garlic and onion cream sauce, all topped with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
The new Gnocchi dishes are made-to-order with nutrient rich ingredients and contain half the carbs of traditional pasta and are gluten sensitive.
Cauliflower Gnocchi joins other recently introduced cauliflower-based options, including cauliflower-infused rigatoni and Caulifloodles, giving fans the opportunity to enjoy a variety of healthy and flavorful options that they’ll feel good about eating any day.
The new Cauliflower Gnocchi dishes are available now at participating Noodles & Company locations nationwide.
