Shake Shack pumps up the jam with the return of the Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger for a limited time this summer.
The Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger consists of a 100 percent Angus beef cheeseburger topped with a special bourbon bacon jam featuring Maker’s Mark Bourbon, plus crispy onions and ShackSauce, all served on a lightly toasted plain bun.
Shake Shack’s bourbon bacon jam is made by combining Maker’s Mark 6-year aged Kentucky Bourbon, which has notes of oak, vanilla and caramel, with bacon that is smoked for 6 hours over real hardwood applewood.
The suggested price for a single Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger is $9.19, while a double patty goes for $11.39.
