Burger King announced today that it will be the first global fast-food chain to test the plant-based nuggets from Impossible Foods at select locations in Des Moines, IA, Boston, MA and Miami, FL starting on October 11, 2021.
The new Impossible Nuggets Made from Plants have the savory taste of the brand’s classic chicken nuggets, with the same golden-brown crispy breading on the outside and a tender, juicy bite on the inside.
Their prices haven’t been announced yet, but we do know that they’ll be available a la carte in an eight-piece order with your choice of dipping sauce.
Back in 2019, Burger King became the first fast-food restaurant brand to serve the Impossible patty and offer the iconic Impossible Whopper.
Burger King’s new Impossible Nuggets will be available at participating test locations for a limited time only beginning Monday, October 11, 2021.
