Capriotti’s announced today that it has partnered with Snake River Farms for the launch of several new menu items made with American Wagyu Beef.
The new lineup includes the American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo, American Wagyu Roast Beef, American Wagyu Cheese Steak, and American Wagyu Black & Bleu Salad.
The American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo features American Wagyu beef topped with provolone cheese, Russian dressing, coleslaw, and mayo on a sub roll.
American Wagyu Cheese Steak consists of premium American Wagyu Beef topped with melted white American cheese, fried onions, and hot or sweet peppers on a sub roll.
The American Wagyu Roast Beef features American Wagyu beef from Snake River Farms, the chain’s secret recipe, “slow roasted and hand pulled to perfection.”
American Wagyu Black and Bleu Salad consists of American Wagyu roast beef, Gorgonzola cheese crumbles, mixed greens, sweet peppers, diced tomatoes, crispy cheddar onions, and Gorgonzola vinaigrette.
The new sandwiches feature Wagyu beef that is:
- Fed 100 percent vegetarian
- Raised and produced in the USA
- No Growth Hormones
- No Artificial Ingredients
- No Promotants
- No MSG
The new American Wagyu Beef lineup is available now at participating Capriotti’s locations nationwide.
