Checkers and Rally’s have updated their recently launched $5 Meal Deal to include the Mushroom Swissburger for a limited time.
Starting now, you can choose between a fully dressed Checkerburger/Rallyburger or a Mushroom Swissburger, plus 8 white meat Chicken Bites, a small order of Famous Seasoned Fries, and a 16-ounce drink, all for $5.
The Mushroom Swissburger features a hand-seasoned 100 percent beef hamburger patty topped with Swiss cheese and savory mushroom sauce on a sesame seed bun. You can also get it as part of a small, medium or large combo meal that includes fries and a drink for an additional charge.
Additionally, and also available as part of what they’re calling Mushroom Mania, Checkers and Rally’s are promoting their new Fried Mushroom Buford and introducing a new side – Fried Mushrooms – as the ultimate “mushroom in your mouth” experience.
The Fried Mushroom Buford consists of two large 100 percent hand-seasoned beef patties topped with Swiss cheese, fried mushrooms, mushroom sauce, and caramelized onions, all served on a toasted bakery-style bun.
Meanwhile, the new Fried Mushrooms feature battered and seasoned fried baby portabella mushrooms served with your choice of dipping sauce on the side. Prices may vary, but each order of Fried Mushrooms goes for $2.99 at my nearest location.
All offerings are available at participating Checkers and Rally’s locations nationwide for a limited time.
