Culver’s offers a cheese-infused vegetarian patty with the nationwide launch of the new Harvest Veggie Burger.
The Harvest Veggie Burger comes with a vegetarian (not vegan) patty made with a blend of cheese, grains, and veggies that includes Wisconsin cheeses, portabella mushrooms, roasted corn, red and green bell peppers, chickpeas, and spinach. It also features tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickles, and the chain’s signature mayo, all served on a lightly buttered and toasted Kaiser bun.
You also have the option to customize the burger with your favorite toppings.
According to a press release, the Harvest Veggie Burger was tested for over two years in multiple markets to “make sure its taste rises above other meatless sandwiches.”
You can find the Harvest Veggie Burger at participating Culver’s restaurants nationwide as part of the chain’s core menu.
