Dairy Queen is taking on KFC with a new menu item that features chicken and waffles.
Accompanying the launch of the first ever Chicken and Waffles Basket are two new dessert options. But we’ll take a closer look at them once they’re added to the menu.
The Chicken and Waffles Basket comes with all-white meat chicken strips, Belgian waffles, golden crispy fries, and syrup.
The chain’s new Chicken and Waffles Basket will be available at all Dairy Queen and DQ Grill and Chill restaurants across the nation for a limited time.
Personally, we love this combination of flavors. I actually fell in love with it when I first tried it at KFC.
Dairy Queen’s new Chicken and Waffles Basket will be available at participating locations starting Monday, April 1.
In the meantime, you can try the other chicken baskets that DQ is offering right now to make the wait feel shorter.
The other chicken baskets are: the Spicy Sweet Glazed Basket and Honey BBQ Glazed Chicken Strip Basket, both of which are also available for a limited time.
