Del Taco combines a quesadilla with a taco for the launch of its latest menu innovation, the new Stuffed Quesadilla Taco.
The new mashup combines freshly grated cheddar cheese and the brand’s signature, creamy Queso Blanco for a melty quesadilla that’s then stuffed with a variety of savory meats and classic fresh taco toppings, all folded up into a taco.
Offering an unparalleled gooey, cheesy experience, the new Stuffed Quesadilla Taco is available in three different flavors, all of which can be “Guac’d Up” with Del Taco’s fresh house-made guacamole.

- Grilled Chicken Stuffed Quesadilla Taco: Starting at $1.99, the Grilled Chicken Stuffed Quesadilla Taco features freshly grated cheddar cheese and signature creamy Queso Blanco, grilled between two flour tortillas and loaded with freshly grilled, marinated chicken, crisp shredded lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes, and more cheddar cheese.
- Crispy Chicken Stuffed Quesadilla Taco: Starting at $2.29, the Crispy Chicken Stuffed Quesadilla Taco comes stuffed with two crispy chicken strips layered with crisp shredded lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes and cheddar cheese, and it’s then wrapped inside a grilled quesadilla filled with melted freshly grated cheddar cheese and the chain’s signature, creamy Queso Blanco.
- Carne Asada Stuffed Quesadilla Taco: Starting at $2.99, the Carne Asada Stuffed Quesadilla Taco consists of freshly grated cheddar cheese and signature Queso Blanco grilled between two flour tortillas filled with freshly grilled carne asada, crisp shredded lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes, and more freshly grated cheddar cheese.
