Einstein Bros. Releases New Gluten-Free Eggels


Einstein Bros. Bagels today announced a new partnership with Cuisine Solutions, the world’s largest sous vide manufacturer in the world, for the launch of their new gluten-free Eggels lineup, which will be available at participating locations starting September 17, 2020.

Eggels are bagel-shaped sous vide eggs made with cage-free eggs and other and other high quality ingredients. Eggels are being marketed as a low-carb option that comes in two varieties: Three Meat & Cheese and Veggie Egg White.

The Three Meat and Cheese Eggel features all-natural nitrate-free bacon, uncured ham, and turkey sausage, paired with white cheddar cheese and everything bagel seasoning.

The Veggie Egg White Eggel is a vegetarian option made with portobello mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, and spinach with Asiago cheese.

According to Einstein Bros. Bagels, the new “Eggels keep the eggs light and fluffy, ensuring this gluten-free breakfast is just as satisfying as a fresh-baked bagel.”

Eggels will be available at participating Einstein Bros. Bagels locations nationwide, excluding airport, hotels and university locations.
