Einstein Bros. features slow-smoked beef brisket for breakfast with the introduction of the all new Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich.
The Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich consists of slow-smoked brisket with melty cheddar cheese, seasoned cage-free eggs, and smoky chipotle sauce, all served on a fresh-baked and cheesy jalapeño Bacon Gourmet Bagel.
Einstein’s brisket is slow-smoked for 10 to 12 hours and lightly rubbed with a blend of classic Texas spices.
The new breakfast sandwich is available at all Einstein Bros. Bagels locations nationwide, excluding license stores within airports, colleges, hotels, and hospitals.
