Firehouse Subs adds heat to the menu this fall with the launch of the new Nashville Hot Brisket sub.

Available for a limited time at all U.S. Firehouse Subs locations, the new sub features slow-smoked USDA Choice beef brisket smothered in spicy Nashville Hot seasoning and topped with melted pepper Jack cheese, spicy pickle chips, mayo, and sweet and tangy slaw, all on a toasted cornbread roll.

According to a press release, the “Nashville Hot Brisket is the brand’s latest result of a dedicated focus on culinary innovation.”

The Nashville Hot Brisket has a medium spice level, but if you’re looking for an added kick, you can visit the complimentary hot sauce bar, which offers over 25 complimentary hot sauces, including Captain Sorensen’s Datil Pepper Hot Sauce.

The new menu item is available at participating Firehouse Subs restaurants nationwide for a limited time.
