Firehouse Subs Launches New Smokin’ Honey Chicken and Steak Melts

Firehouse Subs is expanding its menu options with the addition of the new Smokin’ Honey Chicken Melt and Smokin’ Honey Steak Melt at participating locations starting July 6, 2026.

Packed with up to 55 grams of protein per serving, the new Smokin’ Honey Melts feature a choice of sliced white meat grilled chicken breast or flame-seared USDA Choice prime rib, topped with extra-melty provolone cheese, brown sugar caramelized onions, and a new sweet, smoky, and spicy honey chipotle sauce, all served on Firehouse Subs’ signature top-sliced toasted roll.

In addition, Firehouse Subs is also adding a limited-time Cookies & Crème Cookie to menus nationwide, a blonde cookie baked fresh in-restaurant daily and filled with white crème chips and pieces of chocolate sandwich cookie, available only while supplies last.

You can find the new Smokin’ Honey Melts and Cookies & Creme Cookie at participating Firehouse Subs locations for a limited time beginning Monday, July 6, 2026.
