Friendly’s is kicking off summer 2024 with the introduction of its new SummerFest menu, featuring new and returning fan favorites like Maine Style Lobster Roll, Double Stack Burger, S’mores Sundae, and more, available now through October 2, 2024.
Showcasing new savory and coastal staples, here’s a closer look at Friendly’s SummerFest menu:
- Maine Style Lobster Roll: Fresh, chilled lobster meat tossed in mayo and served in a grilled, buttery roll.
- Connecticut Style Lobster Roll: Warm chunks of lobster meat served with a side of melted butter on a classic grilled roll.
- Lobster & Shrimp Quesadilla: Perfectly grilled on the outside and melty on the inside, this quesadilla is stuffed with lobster, shrimp and a mix of cheeses.
- Lobster Bisque Soup: Savory lobster flavors served in a warm bowl or a cup.
- Strawberry Salad: Spring mix with freshly sliced strawberries, topped with walnuts and feta cheese crumbles, all tossed in balsamic vinaigrette.
- Double Stack Burger: Two juicy beef patties layered with American cheese on top of Green Leaf lettuce, Roma tomatoes and mayo on a grilled potato roll.
- Sugar Cone Nachos: Vanilla ice cream, sugar cone pieces, banana, and strawberries, all topped with chocolate and caramel sauces.
- PBJ Croissant: A flaky croissant stuffed with peanut butter, grape jelly and vanilla and chocolate ice cream and topped with diced Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and almonds.
- French Toast A La Mode: French toast drizzled with maple syrup and topped with vanilla ice cream and bacon.
- Fresh Berry Slammer: Raspberry sherbet blended with strawberry puree and seltzer water topped with whipped cream.
- Chocolate Cheesecake Fribble: Friendly’s iconic Fribble loaded with chocolate cheesecake, chocolate syrup, and fudge, and topped with graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream.
- Strawberry Sparkler: This sweet summer drink is made with fresh strawberry puree and Sprite, topped with whipped cream.
- Wattamelon Sherbet Cake: Lemon sherbet and Watermelon sherbet with chocolate chips and confectionery coating.
Additionally, Friendly’s is also welcoming three new ice cream treats as permanent menu fixtures:
- Fries N’ Ice Cream Dipper: A scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with sweet chocolate sauce and served with crispy, golden fries and powdered sugar.
- Cherries Jubilee: Vanilla ice cream with layers of graham cracker, cherry topping, caramel sauce and blood orange syrup.
- S’Mores Sundae: Vanilla and chocolate ice cream with graham crackers, sweet chocolate sauce, marshmallow topping, and a layer of toasted mini marshmallows.
