KFC Canada has finally admitted that their French fries suck and, as such, has declared that it is putting an end to its “Soggy Fry Era” and winning back the love its most loyal fans by replacing their bland old fries with its brand new, boldly Seasoned Fries at participating locations across the country.
KFC Canada’s new Seasoned Fries feature freshly sliced potatoes seasoned in-house and fried until crispy golden perfection.
According to KFC, their new boldly seasoned fries are so good that will satisfy even their toughest critics.
For a limited time, KFC fans over in Canada can snag a regular side of new Seasoned Fries for a suggested price of CAD$1 (76-cents USD) at participating locations, on the KFC app, and online at KFC.ca. For bigger appetites, they’re also offering a large bucket of Seasoned French Fries for CAD$7.49, or about $5.68 USD.
Additionally, to bid farewell to its old soggy French fries, KFC will be hosting a Fry Funeral live stream at kfcfryfuneral.com on August 1, 2023. Canadians who were unable to bid their farewell in person are invited to tune into the live streamed funeral tomorrow at 12PM local time.
