Lion’s Choice readies for National Fried Chicken Day with the introduction of a new fried chicken lineup at participating locations.

Starting July 6, 2022, fans can enjoy the new Cluckin’ Chicken Tender Sandwich ($5.99/sandwich or $9.59/meal), the Chili Lime Crispy Chicken Salad ($8.25), or the Chicken Tender Cub Meal, which is a new option for kids that goes for a suggested price of just $5.49.

Here’s a closer look at Lion’s Choice’s new fried chicken items:

The Cluckin’ Chicken Tender Sandwich features two crispy chicken tenders seasoned with a sprinkle of the brand’s Famous Seasoning and then topped with pickles and mayo, and served on a toasted brioche bun.

The Chili Lime Crispy Chicken Salad consists of romaine lettuce, diced fried chicken tenders, corn, black beans, and tomatoes, all topped with tortilla strips and cheddar cheese before being finished off with a chili lime dressing.

The Chicken Tender Cub Meal includes two chicken tenders and a choice of two of the following sides: natural-cut fries, veggie sticks, a mini cone, or a cookie. The meal also comes with a drink with choices including 2 percent milk, chocolate milk, apple juice, or a soft drink.

The new fried chicken items are available at all Lion’s Choice locations in Illinois, and in the St. Louis and Kansas City area markets for a limited time starting Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Fans can place their orders at any Lion’s Choice drive-thru, in-restaurant or through the brand’s mobile app.
