LongHorn Steakhouse is celebrating the arrival of Spring with the return of one of one its most popular seasonal menu items from last year.

Marinated bone-in and grilled over a flame, LongHorn’s Grilled Lamb Chops come tossed in a delicious garlic-herb sauce and served atop a bed of mashed potatoes and spinach.

The chain also added a new side item made with cauliflower and two kinds of cheeses called Cauliflower Au Gratin.

Cauliflower Au Gratin features a half-head of roasted cauliflower topped with garlic sauce and melted provolone and Parmesan cheeses.

Grilled Lamb Chops are available at participating LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants for a suggested price of $21.99, while the new Cauliflower Au Gratin costs $4.99.
