Wendy’s beefs up its salad offerings with a new twist on an old favorite. And it will be sticking around as a permanent menu addition.
Made daily with fresh veggies, Wendy’s new Parmesan Caesar Chicken Salad comes with chopped romaine lettuce, diced grilled chicken breast, Italian cheeses (Romano and Parmesan), grape tomatoes, and Parmesan crisps drizzled with Caesar dressing.
According to a press release, a full size salad with all dry toppings included has 410 calories. So it’s still an under 500 calorie menu item even when paired with one packet of creamy Caesar Dressing by Marzetti Simply Dressed.
However, after checking on the chain’s website we noticed that the salad has more calories than what the press release says. You can see for yourself below:
