As previously covered, McDonald’s is renaming its crispy chicken sandwich lineup to McCrispy – after finally earning the highly coveted “Mc” status.
To commemorate the achievement, the fast-food chain is launching two new limited edition McCrispy chicken sandwiches: the Bacon Ranch McCrispy and Bacon Ranch Deluxe McCrispy.
McDonald’s Bacon Ranch McCrispy consists of a crispy whole muscle chicken fillet topped with applewood-smoked bacon, a new creamy Ranch Sauce (made with a mix of buttermilk, dried herbs and spices), and crinkle cut pickles on a toasted potato roll.
Meanwhile, the Bacon Ranch Deluxe McCrispy features the same ingredients as the Bacon Ranch McCrispy, but swaps out the crinkle cut pickles for shredded lettuce and sliced Roma tomatoes.
Prices may vary, but my nearest McDonald’s location, which already has them, is selling the Bacon Ranch McCrispy on its own for $6.29 and the Bacon Ranch Deluxe McCrispy for $7.09.
The new sandwiches are joining the brand’s iconic lineup of McMenu items, which also currently includes four McCrispy chicken sandwiches, McNuggets, McMuffins, and McFlurries.
McDonald’s McCrispy chicken sandwiches will officially debut at participating locations on Monday, March 13, 2023, although some locations are already offering the new menu items ahead of the nationwide launch.
