McDonald’s might add four of its most popular international items to its American menu soon.
According to leaked company documents, the chain is bringing the Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger from Spain and the Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich from Canada to the United States this summer.
Once the chain’s “Signature Crafted Sandwiches and Burgers” line disappears, McDonald’s will introduce the following 4 items to menus nationwide:
The Grand McExtreme Bacon burger features a 100 percent beef patty, topped with silvered onions, Gouda cheese, applewood smoked bacon and McBacon Sauce on a sesame seed bun.
The Tomato and Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich is available with crispy or grilled chicken. The sandwich comes with chicken breast, topped with mozzarella cheese, crisp lettuce, red onions, tomato, and a tomato and herb sauce on a Brioche style bun.
McDonald’s Stroopwafel McFlurry features vanilla soft-serve mixed with caramel waffle cookies, known as stroopwafels, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Cheesy Bacon Fries rolled out earlier this year and they’re now coming back for a second run. This item features the chain’s world famous fries covered with cheddar cheese sauce and applewood smoked bacon bits.
