Newk’s celebrates all things BBQ with the launch of its new “Q” Fest Menu, featuring a variety of limited time menu items, including the new Newk’s “Q” Slaw Sandwich and the new Newk’s “Q” Salad, as well as returning seasonal favorites like Newk’s “Q” Pizza and Newk’s “Q” Sandwich.
The “Q” Fest menu centers on the chain’s signature white BBQ sauce, a creamy, tangy, mayonnaise-based recipe created by Newk’s co-founder Don Newcomb. Inspired by Alabama-style white sauce, the white BBQ sauce is handmade in-house daily and brings on the flavor with apple cider vinegar, horseradish and a secret seasoning blend.
Newk’s new “Q” & Slaw Sandwich features all-natural chicken breast, bacon, Swiss cheese, coleslaw and white BBQ sauce, served on toasted French Parisian bread.
Newk’s new “Q” Salad consists of all-natural chicken, bacon, jalapenos, shredded cheddar, shredded carrots and grape tomatoes on mixed greens tossed with white BBQ sauce.
The Newk’s “Q” & Slaw Sandwich carries a suggested price of $8.99, while the Newk’s “Q” Salad goes for $9.79.
In addition to the new menu items, participating locations are also offering the fan favorite Newk’s “Q” Pizza and the Newk’s “Q” Sandwich this summer.
Newk’s “Q” Pizza features the brand’s signature pizza crust topped with all-natural chicken, bacon, tomatoes, mozzarella, provolone, jalapenos and chili oil.
Meanwhile, the fan favorite Newk’s “Q” Sandwich is made with all-natural chicken, bacon, Swiss cheese, and signature white BBQ sauce, all served on toasted bread.
In addition to barbecue, strawberries are also at their peak during this time of the year. Newk’s signature strawberry cake, which is handmade and baked fresh in Newk’s bakery every day, is the perfect ending to any “Q” Fest meal.
Newk’s “Q” Fest menu is available at participating locations nationwide for a limited time through summer 2021.
