After a successful test in select markets last summer, Noodles & Company announced today that it has decided to roll out its new Chicken Prosciutto Tortelloni with Smoked Gouda to all restaurants nationwide.
Chicken Prosciutto Tortelloni with Smoked Gouda is a stuffed pasta made with premium, fresh ingredients such as a black pepper tortelloni filled with chicken, prosciutto, spinach, and toasted mushrooms, all topped with a smoked gouda cheese sauce, grated parmesan cheese, and parsley.
The new dish, which is available at the special price of $10 for a small bowl and $12 for a regular, joins Noodles’ current stuffed pasta lineup, including 3-Cheese Tortelloni Rosa, 3-Cheese Tortelloni Pesto, and Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni.
Noodles Rewards members get exclusive early access to try the new Chicken Prosciutto Tortelloni with Smoked Gouda dish starting January 31, 2024, before it’s available to everyone else on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, for a limited time.
In addition, the fast-casual chain today also revealed that it’s enhancing its popular Mac menu with 50% more cheese sauce in every bowl.
Noodles’ mac menu includes the brand’s famous Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, BBQ Chicken Mac, and Buffalo Chicken Mac. All bowls are made with premium elbow noodles covered in now 50 percent more cheese sauce and topped with premium aged cheddar cheeses. You can grab a bowl of Mac & Cheese starting at around $6.
The Chicken Prosciutto Tortelloni with Smoked Gouda is available now at participating Noodles & Company locations nationwide for a limited time.
