Outback just Bloom-Ified its menu with the addition of the new Bloom-Crusted Filet and Bloom-Crusted Center-Cut Sirloin. In addition to the new menu items, the chain has also brought back its popular Loaded Bloomin’ Onion, which comes topped with Aussie Cheese Fries and a spicy ranch dressing.
New Bloom-Crusted Filet: A tender filet, seared to perfection, topped with a crust inspired by Outback’s famous Bloomin’ Onion, made with sweet onion, horseradish, butter, and Original Bloomin’ Onion seasoning, finished with a drizzle of spicy signature bloom sauce.
New Bloom-Crusted Center-Cut Sirloin: A juicy and tender center-cut sirloin, topped with a bloom crust made with horseradish, creamy butter, sweet onion, and Bloomin’ Onion seasoning. Just like the Bloom-Crusted Filet, the Bloom-Crusted Center-Cut Sirloin comes drizzled with a spicy signature bloom sauce.
Both entrees include your choice of two sides.
The Bloom-Crusted Sirloin is available in three sizes: 6-, 8-, and 11-ounces and cost $13.99, $16.99, and $19.99 each, respectively.
The Bloom-Crusted Filet, on the other hand, is available in two sizes: 6- and 8-ounces. The 6-ounce version carries a suggested price of $23.49, while the 8-ounce filet costs $26.49.
Outback’s new Loaded Bloomin’ Onion features the chain’s signature Bloomin’ Onion topped with Aussie Cheese Fries. The Aussie Cheese Fries come topped with melted cheddar, Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped bacon drizzled with ranch dressing. Served with bloom sauce and spicy ranch dressing.
The Loaded Bloomin’ Onion is available at participating locations for a suggested price of $10.99.
Outback also launched a new beverage lineup that offers the flavors of blackberry, watermelon, and mango alongside their proprietary house margarita. The new Boomarita beverages start at $7, but prices may vary.
