Outback Introduces New Filet Sheila And New Classic Blue Cheese Wedge Side Salad

Outback is inviting fans to enjoy their “boldest, signature seasoning” with the introduction of the new Filet Sheila.

Previously only available at select locations, Outback’s Filet Sheila features two tender medallions, seasoned and seared and then topped with Provolone cheese, sautéed mushrooms, peppercorn sauce and fried Bloomin’ Carrot Crunch served alongside your choice of two freshly made sides.

Additionally, participating Outback restaurants are also welcoming a new Classic Blue Cheese Wedge Side Salad that features a cool, crisp wedge of fresh iceberg lettuce, chopped bacon, Blue Cheese dressing, grape tomatoes, red onions, and Blue Cheese crumbles, all topped with a drizzle of sweet balsamic glaze.

The Classic Blue Cheese Wedge Side Salad is basically the same as the chain’s recently re-introduced Wedge Salad, but served in a smaller size and with the addition of Blue Cheese crumbles.

The suggested price of the Filet Sheila starts at $28.99, while the Classic Blue Cheese Wedge Side Salad goes for $5.99.
