In an effort to cater to fans’ evolving preferences and dietary needs, Panda Express is partnering with Beyond Meat for the launch of its new plant-based Beyond The Original Orange Chicken at select locations in New York City and Los Angeles beginning July 26, 2021.
The new entrée features crispy pieces of plant-based Beyond Chicken wok-tossed in the chain’s signature sweet and tangy The Original Chicken sauce.
With the addition of this new premium entrée, Panda Express effectively becomes the first national Asian restaurant concept to offer Beyond Meat.
Panda Express says that its new Beyond The Original Orange Chicken captures the irresistible texture and flavor of The Original Orange Chicken while also being a great source of plant-based protein.
Other plant-based options include Vegetable Spring Rolls, Super Greens, Eggplant Tofu, and Steamed Brown and White Rice.
Beyond The Original Chicken will be available at select Panda Express restaurants throughout NYC and SoCal starting July 26, 2021, while supplies last.
