Baja Fresh adds three new plant-based dishes to the menu featuring Impossible meat made from plants.
The new lineup of Impossible dishes, which has been designed to taste and cook like real meat, is available now at participating Baja Fresh locations nationwide.
Here’s a closer look at the three new Impossible meat dishes:
- Impossible Taco Combo: Three tacos with warm, soft, grilled corn tortillas filled with Impossible meat made from plants topped with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, Baja salsa, and cotija cheese. Served with your choice of a side of black or pinto beans and Baja rice.
- Fuego Impossible Burrito: Impossible meat made from plants, black beans, melted jack cheese, guacamole, Diablo salsa, Six Chiles salsa, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, pickled jalapenos, and sour cream, all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
- Impossible Bowl: Baja rice topped with Impossible meat made from plants, roasted veggies, sour cream, avocado, pico de gallo, and tortilla strips.
There’s also an option to “Make It a Meal” by adding a regular-sized drink and pronto queso or pronto guacamole to any dish.
