Ruby Tuesday rings in summer with the launch of its new Libby’s BBQ menu featuring a variety of pulled pork and smoked beef brisket entrees starting at just $9.99.
Originally introduced as a delivery-only concept, Libby’s BBQ features smoky, tender, saucy BBQ entrees and is now available at participating Ruby Tuesday locations nationwide for dine-in, Ruby TueGO and delivery orders for a limited time only.
Ruby Tuesday’s all-new Libby’s BBQ menu includes smoked beef brisket and pulled pork, which can be enjoyed as an entrée or as a sandwich, as well as a new BBQ trio that features tender, smoked brisket, pulled pork and smoked sausage all in one standout dish. Additionally, and to complement the new Libby’s BBQ options, fans can pair their dishes with new sides such as coleslaw, baked beans and house-made potato salad, or choose a classic side like tots or fries.
But that’s not all, fans can also try Libby’s BBQ with the brand’s signature BBQ sauce, Carolina BBQ sauce or Alabama White sauce available in-restaurant, as well as at home by ordering through Ruby TueGO and local delivery partners like Grubhub, Postmates and Uber Eats.
