Pei Wei grills up a new flavor with the introduction of the new Grilled Bourbon Chicken at participating locations.
The new grill to wok masterpiece features tender grilled and hand-chopped chicken, wok-tossed in a sweet and savory Bourbon sauce with hints of Cajun seasonings, served over steamed rice. To make things even more exciting, Pei Wei’s new Grilled Bourbon Chicken is gluten-free, offering fans with dietary restrictions more flavor and variety to choose from.
Grilled Bourbon Chicken joins a lineup of new dishes at Pei Wei, including Thai Coconut Curry, House Special Chicken, Spicy Drunken Noodles and Firecracker Chicken, which is currently one of the most popular items on the chain’s menu.
Additionally, and to commemorate the arrival of the Lunar New Year, Pei Wei will be celebrating the Year of The Tiger with the launch of its new Tiger Tuesday promotion, where every Tuesday you can get a Chicken, Pork or Spring Roll for 99-cents each with the purchase of an entrée.
