Pei Wei unveils a new collaboration with celebrity chef Jet Tila with the release of the new House Special Chicken.
The House Special Chicken consists lightly battered chicken with ginger, garlic, mint, and pineapple pieces, tossed in a tangy caramel sauce, served over a bed of rice sticks and topped with an Asian slaw of red bell peppers, cucumbers, cilantro, carrots, and onions in a Vietnamese Vinaigrette.
In addition to the House Special Chicken, Pei Wei is also introducing new Mongolian Green Beans as their latest shareable appetizer/side.
Mongolian Green Beans feature wok-seared green beans tossed with garlic, chili paste, and the brand’s sweet and savory Mongolian sauce.
The House Special Chicken is available in small and regular sizes for $7.49 and $9.29, respectively, while the new Mongolian Green Beans go for $5.99 (may vary).
For those unfamiliar, Jet Tila has created a variety of entrées for Pei Wei, including Thai Basil Cashew Chicken, Thai Coconut Curry Chicken, and Spicy Korean BBQ Steak.
Both menu items are available now at participating Pei Wei restaurants nationwide.
