Originally introduced back in 2018 as a unique spin on the traditional Greek gyro, the Gyro Flat Sandwich features lamb and beef gyro meat topped with crumbled feta cheese, tangy tzatziki sauce, and fresh onion and tomato on flatbread – served the Potbelly way, always toasted at 500 degrees.
Prices may vary, but you can expect to pay around $10.99 for an Original-sized sandwich. It’s also available in Skinny and Big sizes for $7.99 and $15.79, respectively.
