Sonic is turning up the heat on value and flavor this summer with the introduction of a $7 Big Deal Meal, the new Tropical Heat Sonic Smasher, the return of its fan-favorite Red, White & Blue Slush Float, and more at participating locations.
The $7 Big Deal Meal includes a cheeseburger, small Premium Chicken Bites, a choice of medium tots or fries, and a medium soft drink or iced tea, all for just $7.
Sonic is also updating its $1.99 Menu with more mix-and-match options, adding the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, Vanilla Soft Serve Cup, Cheesy Baja Crispy Tender Wrap, and Small Root Beer Float.
With 870 calories and priced at $8.49, the Tropical Heat Sonic Smasher features two hand-smashed Angus beef patties topped with pepper jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, creamy mayo, and a sweet-and-spicy jalapeño pineapple glaze, all served on a soft potato bun.
Sonic is also welcoming the new Tropical Cream Slush, which features a pineapple and coconut slush blended with vanilla soft serve and real pineapple pieces.
Rounding out the summer lineup, the Red, White & Blue Slush Float is back just in time for America’s 250th birthday celebrations, priced at $2.50 all summer long. Served in limited-edition cups, the frozen treat combines an icy blue raspberry slush with creamy vanilla soft serve and real strawberry pieces.
