Taco Bell explores adding more value options to the menu with a limited time test of the new $2 Salsa Verde Grilled Burrito at select locations in Milwaukee, WI.
The new burrito consists of grilled marinated all-white meat chicken, seasoned rice, reduced-fat sour cream, a three-cheese blend made with cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack cheeses, and Salsa Verde sauce, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and grilled to perfection.
Additionally, Taco Bell is also testing a $6.99 Deluxe Cravings Box that comes with a Salsa Verde Grilled Chicken Burrito, a Seasoned Beef Chalupa Supreme, a Crunchy Taco, Nacho Fries, and a medium fountain drink.
Salsa Verde was discontinued a few years ago, but if the test goes well, we could see it back on the national menu.
