Taco Bell just announced that it’s streamlining its menu in order to make room for new innovations such as the new Chicken Chipotle Melt and the Dragonfruit Freeze. At the same time, the chain will also remove several items such as the Mexican Pizza, Shredded Chicken, and Pico de Gallo. All of this will happen on November 5, 2020.

The departure of shredded chicken as a protein option means that a variety of menu items such as the Shredded Chicken Burrito, Shredded Chicken Quesadilla Melt, and Shredded Chicken Soft Taco will no longer be available. Taco Bell says that guests looking for similar options can try out their new Chicken Chipotle Melt or their classic Chicken Quesadilla.

With that said, here’s what you can expect to find on Taco Bell’s new and revamped menu:

The new Chicken Chipotle Melt features marinated all-white meat grilled chicken, creamy chipotle sauce, and cheddar cheese, all rolled up and melted together. The Chicken Chipotle Melt will be available as a permanent item on the chain’s Cravings Value Menu starting November 5 for a suggested price of just $1.

The new Dragonfruit Freeze, which will be available at participating locations beginning September 24, is a tropical frozen beverage that comes swirled with a burst of dragonfruit flavor. The Dragonfruit Freeze comes in regular and large sizes for $1 and $2.89, respectively.

The Quesalupa, which will be testing in Knoxville, TN beginning on September 23, consists of a chalupa shell filled with a cheese blend of pepper jack and mozzarella cheeses.

Green Sauce will also be making a comeback on November 5, but it will only be available in select markets. It features the flavors of pureed jalapeños, fire roasted green chiles, and hatch green chiles.
