The Cheesecake Factory is celebrating summer 2022 with the introduction of 12 new menu items at participating locations.
From appetizers to salads to full-fledged entrées, there’s plenty to choose from in this lineup of flavor packed dishes.
Here’s a closer look at The Cheesecake Factory’s new summer menu:
- Ahi Poke Nachos: Crispy wontons covered with Hawaiian style Ahi Tuna Poke, avocado, green onions, chiles, sesame seeds and a drizzle of sriracha aioli. ($16.95)
- Street Corn: Fire roasted corn “ribs” with parmesan cheese, chile-lime mayonnaise and cilantro. ($8.50)
- Asparagus Fries: Fresh asparagus coated with crispy parmesan breadcrumbs. ($8.50)
- Spicy Tuna: Ahi Tuna served over crispy sushi rice with ginger and green Onion. ($15.95)
- Bee Sting Flatbread Pizza: Flatbread topped with Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and Calabrian chiles with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and a touch of honey. ($13.50).
- Cacio E Pepe Flatbread Pizza: Flatbread topped with Romano and parmesan cheeses and freshly ground black pepper. ($10.95)
- California Chopped Salad: A combination of mixed greens, avocado, green beans, shrimp, tomato, egg and bacon, all tossed with the brand’s signature vinaigrette. ($15.95)
- Harvest Chicken Salad: Grilled chicken mixed with apples, grapes, almonds, chilled greens, quinoa and feta cheese, all tossed with The Cheesecake Factory’s signature vinaigrette and drizzled with honey-yogurt. ($17.95)
- Cacio E Pepe Pasta: The brand’s “Not So Traditional Recipe” with spaghetti, Romano and parmesan cheeses, arugula and freshly ground black pepper. ($18.50)
- Cacio E Pepe Pasta with Chicken: The Cheesecake Factory’s fan favorite “Not So Traditional Recipe” with spaghetti, Romano and parmesan cheeses, and arugula, all topped with grilled chicken and lots of freshly ground black pepper. ($24.50)
- Spicy Rigatoni Vodka: Rigatoni pasta, Italian cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese, fresh basil and pancetta, all tossed in the brand’s new Spicy Vodka Sauce. ($19.95)
- Seared Ahi Tuna: Ahi Tuna seared and served with ginger fried rice and garnished with fresh bean sprouts, sesame, cilantro and sriracha aioli. ($23.95).
Additionally, participating locations are also offering the new Classic Basque Cheesecake ($10.95 per slice) as the brand’s latest limited time dessert.
