The Cheesecake Factory gives their menu a makeover with the introduction of 12 brand new menu items, including the new French Dip Cheeseburger, Cauliflower Tacos, and Korean Fried Chicken, among many others.
Without further ado, here’s a complete look at The Cheesecake Factory’s new lineup:
French Dip Cheeseburger: A charbroiled cheeseburger topped with grilled onions and sriracha mayo on a toasted brioche roll. Served with Au Jus on the side for dipping.
Cauliflower Tacos: Soft corn tortillas filled with crispy fried cauliflower, onion, avocado, chipotle, and toasted pepitas. Served with rice and beans on the side.
Korean Fried Chicken: Crispy fried chicken tossed with the brand’s Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce and served over steamed rice with avocado, edamame, kimchi, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Sweet Potato Enchiladas: Warm corn tortillas filled with roasted sweet potato, poblano peppers, onion, and melted cheese, all covered with marcona-red chile salsa, sour cream, and toasted pepitas. Served with black beans and cilantro rice.
Pan Roasted Chicken: Fresh, all natural boneless chicken pan seared until golden brown and served with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
Classic Italian Trio: Fettuccine Alfredo, chicken parm, and baked rigatoni.
Baked Rigatoni: Layers of melted Mozzarella cheese, Fontina, Parmesan cheese, and rigatoni pasta, all covered with the chain’s chicken Bolognese sauce.
Carolina Grilled Salmon: Fresh salmon fillet charbroiled and glazed with The Cheesecake Factory’s Carolina BBQ Sauce and served with roasted sweet potatoes, and a corn, zucchini, avocado, and cilantro salad.
Caramel Apple Pancakes: Buttermilk pancakes topped with glazed apples, crispy caramel pecans, and Chantilly cream. Served with maple-butter syrup.
New Drinks
Grapefruit Cosmopolitan: Absolut grapefruit, St-Germain and Aperol shaken with fresh lime and served chilled.
Strawberry Infused Margarita: Strawberry infused Espolòn Tequila mixed with Bacardi Lime and sweetened with agave nectar. Served on the Rocks.
Pineapple Mezcal: Altos Plata Tequila and Vida Mezcal mixed with fresh pineapple, lime, and agave.
All twelve items are available now at participating The Cheesecake Factory restaurants nationwide. Prices may vary.
