Whataburger is celebrating its 75th anniversary with the return of two classic fan-favorites – the Monterey Melt and the Chicken Fajita Taco – and the introduction of two new Mexican Hot Chocolate beverages – Mexican Hot Chocolate Coffee and Mexican Hot Chocolate Shake – starting January 7, 2025.
The Monterey Melt features two 100% beef patties topped with Monterey Jack and American cheeses, grilled onions, peppers, and signature Jalapeño Ranch sauce on a plain bun.
Meanwhile, the Chicken Fajita Taco is made with grilled 100% chicken breast, seared onions, poblano, and red peppers wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
In addition, Whataburger is also welcoming a new cozy beverage flavor just in time for the cold weather: Mexican Hot Chocolate.
Debuting in two varieties—Mexican Hot Chocolate Coffee (available iced and hot) and Mexican Hot Chocolate Shake—these new beverages combine chocolate and cinnamon in either a coffee or a sweet, creamy shake to up your sipping experience this winter season.
Both new and returning menu items can be found at participating Whataburger locations nationwide for a limited time starting January 7, 2025. Prices may vary.
