Carl’s Jr. expands its new Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich menu with the launch of the new Bacon Swiss Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich.
The new Bacon Swiss Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich features an all-white meat chicken fillet hand-breaded and fried to a crispy golden-brown served on a toasted potato bun with mayonnaise, bacon, Swiss cheese, green leaf lettuce, and tomato.
The Bacon Swiss Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich arrives as part of the chain’s Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich lineup, which also includes brand new creations such as the new Hand-Breaded Chicken and Waffle Sandwich and the classic Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich.
For those unfamiliar, Carl’s Jr. new chicken sandwiches come with a 100% premium white meat breast filet marinated in 13 signature seasonings and dipped in buttermilk before going through a six-step hand-breading process in Southern-style flour and then fried until golden brown.
While prices may vary, you can expect to pay around $6.99 for the new Bacon Swiss Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich.

We tried this one, and the classic last night, both were very good. The chicken was massive, and very juicy in both, and they remained very crispy on the ride home.
Aside from the price (The bacon and swiss went for $7.29 and the classic $6.19 around here) this is a strong contender in the chicken wars.
