El Pollo Loco today announced that two seasonal Stuffed Quesadillas, the Chicken Poblano Stuffed Quesadilla and Shredded Beef Stuffed Quesadilla, will be joining the menu for a limited time, and will be offered alongside their permanent Chicken Avocado Stuffed Quesadilla.
The Stuffed Quesadilla menu now includes:
- The newly added Chicken Poblano Stuffed Quesadilla consists of juicy fire-grilled chicken, Jack Cheese, sliced avocados, roasted poblano peppers, salsa fresca, and creamy cilantro dressing, all wrapped up in a perfectly grilled, warm flour tortilla.
- The new Shredded Beef Stuffed Quesadilla comes loaded with tender beef, Jack Cheese, diced onions, sliced avocados, chopped cilantro, and avocado salsa, all sealed in a grilled, warm flour tortilla. (Note: This quesadilla is unavailable in the Fresno and Sacramento markets.)
- The Chicken Avocado Stuffed Quesadilla combines the brand’s citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken with Jack Cheese, sliced avocados, salsa fresca, and a creamy cilantro dressing, all wrapped in a perfectly grilled warm flour tortilla.
