TGI Fridays has announced that it’s partnering with Buddy Valastro from Carlo’s Bakery and Cake Boss for the introduction of the new Carlo’s Bakery Rainbow Cake.
The Rainbow Cake consists of six layers of rainbow-colored vanilla cake filled high with a sweet vanilla icing and covered with rainbow sprinkles and served with vanilla ice cream.
TGI Fridays is the only restaurant to partner with Buddy Valastro and his famous bakery, Carlo’s Bakery, according to a press release, and this holiday season, the chain is bringing fans the colorful cake that helped make him famous.
The Rainbow Cake is available as a slice, or you can order it as a whole cake. While prices may vary, my local Fridays charges $10.19 for the slice and $75 for the whole cake.
Additionally, the chain is also introducing the new Holiday Pasta and new Spirited Cocktails like the new Henny by Fire as part of this year’s holiday menu.
The Fridays Holiday Pasta features a red and white striped cheese tortelloni with sautéed chicken and broccoli in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce. It’s available as an entrée or in family-sized portions to go.
Meanwhile, the Henny by Fire is a holiday twist on the chain’s popular Strawberry Henny that features a mix of Hennessy, Grand Marnier, Strawberry, and Fireball Cinnamon Whisky.
The Holiday Pasta entrée carries a suggested price of $17.99, while the Holiday Pasta Platter goes for $74.99. Prices may vary by location.
All three items are available now at participating TGI Fridays restaurants nationwide for a limited time.
