P.F. Chang’s celebrates the arrival of Lunar New Year with the introduction of the new Fire & Ice dessert and the return of its popular Red Lantern Cocktail.
The Fire & Ice dessert blends bread pudding with vanilla ice cream, encased in a rich chocolate shell and served flaming at your table. It’s a visual and culinary delight that serves as the perfect addition to any Lunar New Year celebration.
The Red Lantern Cocktail, a fan favorite in 2020, features an artful mix of Reyka Vodka, Solerno Liqueur, pineapple, blood orange, and lemon, and is decorated with an ornate red lantern stir stick in an illuminated glass.
Additionally, holiday menu items such as the chain’s new Peking Duck, Korean Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps, Miso Butter Lobster Dumplings, and the Rising Dragon cocktail will remain on the menu throughout the Lunar New Year celebration. These, as well as the new dessert and the Red Lantern cocktail, are available for both dine-in and to-go.
The special menu can be found at participating locations nationwide through March 30, 2021.
