Red Lobster is once again welcoming back its popular Lobsterfest event, featuring a variety of lobster dishes such as the new Ultimate Surf and Turf and returning fan favorites like Lobster Lover’s Dream, all served with Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
This year’s Lobsterfest lineup includes the following lobster-centric dishes:
The new Ultimate Surf and Turf features a 6-ounce filet mignon, butter-poached Maine lobster tail, and bacon-wrapped sea scallops, plus your choice of two sides.
Red Lobster’s Kung Pao Noodles with Fried Lobster is a relatively new dish that consists of hand-battered, fried lobster tail with noodles tossed in a sweet and spicy soy-ginger sauce with edamame, crispy onions, cabbage, cashews, and green onions.
The Lobster Lover’s Dream comes with a roasted rock lobster tail, butter-poached Maine lobster tail, and lobster-and-shrimp linguini, all in a creamy lobster sauce. Served with your choice of two sides.
Bar Harbor Lobster Bake features petite Maine lobster tails, split and roasted, paired with shrimp, mussels, bay scallops, and fresh tomatoes, all served over linguini in a garlic and white wine broth.
Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon includes a Maine lobster tail, grilled jumbo shrimp skewer, and Atlantic salmon, all drizzled with brown butter and served with your choice of two sides.
Lobster Linguini features Maine lobster meat tossed with tomatoes and linguini in a creamy lobster sauce.
