Starbucks has just added a new drink to its menu. But it’s only available at 5 Starbucks Reserve locations, for now.

The coffee chain’s new beverage Bicerin comes in two varieties:

  • Chocolate
  • Pistachio

Bicerin is a traditional hot drink from Turin, Italy that consists of espresso, drinking chocolate, and cream or whole milk.

“It’s espresso forward, it’s rich, and it’s special with thick chocolate and creamy milk with espresso poured on top,” said Amy Dilger, a Starbucks Beverage and Food Innovation team member.

Dilger also helped develop the Chestnut Praline Latte and Smoked Butterscotch Latte, which rank among Starbucks’ most popular beverages.

Starbuck’s new Chocolate Bicerin features a pour of chocolate sauce on the bottom, topped with cold foam crema made with nonfat milk. Finally, a barista will pour a shot of espresso on top to create a “frothy float of espresso between the chocolate and the crema.”

According to Starbucks, the Chocolate Bicerin is both “sippable and spoonable.”

The Pistachio Bicerin also features a chocolate sauce on the bottom of the glass, topped with a crema made with Pistachios, and a shot of espresso poured on top.

Starbucks new Bicerin beverage is available starting today at select Starbucks Reserve Roastery locations.
