The Halal Guys is adding a new protein—Spicy Lamb—to the menu for the first time since it opened in 1990.
Spicy Lamb features braised lamb should meat tossed in an aromatic blend of Middle Eastern herbs and spices for an extra savory kick.
It’s worth noting that the new protein on the Halal Guys menu is not as spicy as its name might indicate. The new Spicy Lamb doesn’t pack as much heat as the chain’s hot sauce, it’s still spicy enough for most people.
You can substitute chicken or gyro beef for spicy lamb on your favorite sandwiches and platters for no additional cost.
Spicy Lamb is available at participating locations nationwide for a limited time only.
Besides the new protein, The Halal Guys is also offering Spicy Hummus while supplies last.
Spicy Hummus is a blend of the chain’s famous hot sauce and hummus. You can get the Spicy Hummus for free when you order delivery through the Postmates app or site.
