Wendy’s takes a stand against cold and soggy fries by offering a new Hot & Crispy Fry Guarantee on all orders.
The fast-food chain’s new Hot & Crispy Fries are made with real potatoes and lightly battered with a “whisper” of coating for improved heat protection and maximum crispiness.
The company said in a press release that they’re committed to delivering hot and crispy fries with every single order, so if your fries do not meet the expected quality standards when you receive them, they’ll replace them with a new order, no questions asked.
Wendy’s reinvented their French fries by testing 20 different potato cuts over the span of four years, and they also ramped up crew training and updated restaurant operations and equipment to deliver on the new Hot & Crispy Fry Guarantee.
The Hot & Crispy Fry Guarantee applies to all orders – including orders made at the drive-thru, contactless pickup via mobile order or through delivery with the Wendy’s app and third-party delivery services such as DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates and Uber Eats. No matter how you order, if you’re not satisfied with your fries, “they’ll be eligible for a replacement.”
Additionally, Wendy’s is offering fans a free Small Frosty with the purchase of any size Hot & Crispy Fry via the Wendy’s app through the end of October 2021.
